If it's indeed true, selling her diary would be a very cruel, underhand tactic not mention immoral and unethical - but then Mr. Lohan would probably need a dictionary to understand such words. I'm no fan of Lyndsay, but her diary is her property even if it only full of junk.

And I suppose Dina's lifestyle fund could use some replenishing too. I think they keep Lindsay drunk & high so that they can continue to sponge off of her without protest ... Seriously, I think Dr. Drew should kidnap Lindsay and sign her up for parent rehab. (And drug & alcohol rehab ... and bad fake tan rehab too.)

Not to many people will even care that Michael Lohan is selling his daughters diary. I say let him sell it. If the american laws won't allow him to do it, then their is always Canada. The privacy laws for Lindsay would not protect her here in Canada simply because she is not a Canadian citizen. If Michael is smart he should contact the Toronto Sun and get it published in the media. Do you know how many people would buy a special edition, especially knowing that it's Lindsay's diary, all of north America would buy it. The Toronto Sun is sold pretty much sold globally.

I am a working tax paying citizen. If I were to do the same crime that Lindsay Lohan commited -- I would be in jail by now serving 3 years in a Canadian prison. My life would be ruined: when I am released I would have; no job, no one would hire me because I now have a criminal record, the social assistance program does not do very much except one can use the money and start up a criminal operation like grow MJ or make a batch of CM and or then there is a way of doing identity theft.

Lindsay Lohan got off easy for doing a crime that the average joe would have his or her life ruined. I am sick of celebrities getting slaps on the wrist as if the law does not apply to these pathetic rich people.
