The 911 call tape about Demi Moore has come out, and to this day, I’ll never understand how something so private is even allowed to be released.
There were a few people involved in the call, all of whom reported to the dispatcher that Demi was having convulsions after smoking something that was “similar to incense.” So not laughing gas then.
Normally, I hate giving disturbing stuff like this the time of day (yes, even I have standards). But during the call, where three women and a man are heard throughout the recording, you can hear, at one point, someone referring to a person named “Ru” in the room, which People pointed out could be a possible reference to Demi’s daughter, Rumer Willis. And that's when blood proceeded to pour out of my ears. Did Demi actually have her kid with her while she was doing drugs? And if so, did Rumer actually witness what went down? Because it doesn’t matter if she’s three or 23 — that’s messed up.
The other part of the call that irked me was how Demi's friends tossed their frail, fragile pal under the bus. When asked what she took, one woman said, “She smoked something, I didn’t really see. She’s been having some issues lately with some other stuff, so I don’t know what’s she been taking.” Then when the dispatcher asked if she’s done the drugs before, the same friend said, “I don’t know. There’s been some stuff recently that we’re all just finding out.” How convenient, no? The friends who have been with her all this time, who have — let’s call a spade a spade here, people — enabling her are now acting like what she did is news to them. Were they all just standing around, conveniently with their backs turned, when she started seizing? Or did they also take part in the incense-inhaling and were just fortunate enough to not have the same reaction?
These are likely the same people who watch her survive on energy drinks and Adderall, the same people who look away while Demi pushes lettuce leaves around her plate, pretending to eat, the same people who allow her to look foolish as she tries to get it on with twentysomethings. Ugh. Where’s Bruce Willis when you need him? I want him to go John McClane on their asses. Yippee-ki-yay indeed.

Demi needs to grow up and be a mother figure. Gotta agree Bruce and Demi really didn't get the recipe right for attractive daughters. Whats with the chins on these girls????? PS Demi stick to pot and you will get through this. Give up the teenage drugs!!!
no one forced her to take/smoke/swallow/ingest anything. and no one can stop her either. she isn't and shouldn't have to be watched 24/7 so no need to put blame where there isn't any. grow the hell up sweetheart.
I have to agree with rosie, Tired and nl...its time for Demi to grow up and move on.I am hoping she is not going to make her daughters go through what her mother put her through taking drugs. I do hope she opts to get well..

Everyone here commenting on the kids needs to go look at themselves in the mirror, and see there ugly judging selves. Everyone is beautiful in there own way. Demi get better, focus on getting better and who cares what everyone else thinks!

Demi is a grownup woman. Not smart, not savvy and not self protective, certainly not a good adult if her daughter was there and saw it all, She is also, in the land of the free, permitted to ruin her life with impunity. She can pick the sleaziest friends in town and it is her own business. This is not sad, it is trashy.
Demi needs to ditch these friends. They could have been the link between life and death. Shame on them for turning a blind eye. I am 100% sure they knew what she was or was not smoking or inhaling or whatever it was she was doing. If her daughter was involved than shame on her too. Old enough to know better and old enough to know when to call for help. I hope Demi gets through this and to hell with the so called friends. As far as Bruce in concerned he has always stood by her and I am sure he will do the same now if she needs him.

You must have some serious issues if all you got from this article is Rumour's looks. She is anything but unattractive. She has Demi's classic beauty and Bruce's shape. Total runway model look. Stop making comments through your own insecurities. THAT is unattractive!!
