AnotherLindsay Lohan lawsuit? Well, it’s taken Linds six months to respond to a Betty Ford worker who claims the actress (term used loosely) pushed her, injured her wrist and landed her in the hospital, but she is deflecting. Again.
TMZ is reporting that attorneys for Lohan filed their response a few weeks ago, and not only is Lindsay denying that she is at fault, but LiLo also wants the court to force Dawn Bradley to pay her court costs, plus any other relief the judge may deem appropriate. Take that, money-hungry civilian; you messed with the wrong famewhore.
Last July, Bradley (who used to go by Dawn Holland) filed a lawsuit accusing Lohan of assault and battery for an alleged incident that took place in December 2010 when she worked at the Betty Ford Center. Lindsay was in Hollywood’s original rehab for court-ordered treatment for substance abuse, but she allegedly left the property to partake in some booze. Upon Lohan’s return, Dawn tried to give her a breathalyzer test, and Lindsay attacked her.
According to Bradley’s lawsuit, Lohan began “twisting and pulling it for eight to 10 seconds.” Lindsay, however, counters that Dawn — who was subsequently fired from her job for talking to TMZ — provoked the entire thing and Linds reacted in self-defence, so she shouldn't have to pay her a cent.
I know Lohan has never been held accountable for anything in her life and I am definitely not her biggest fan (even for gossip’s sake) but this just stinks like another cash grab. Bradley always seemed money- and fame-hungry; she contacted TMZ about 10 seconds after the incident happened.
Since Lindsay was still on probation at the time of the “attack,” the misdemeanour could earn her six months in prison. Of course, if she’s found guilty, that’ll likely last about six hours in a morgue, but it’s unlikely this will go that far. As long as Bradley gets a sizeable settlement, Lindsay won’t have to worry about jail time. As usual.

Unlike you I figure Lindsay has done NOTHING to earn the benefit of the doubt in "over reacting to physical confrontations" she is never responsible and has never been held fully responsible for her actions. Money grab or not.
