The romance of Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart rages on. There were rumours last week that J.Lo was entertaining the possibility of a reconciliation with soon-to-be-ex-husband Marc Anthony, but please. Marc is too busy with his own 24-year-old, who just happens to be a lot prettier than Jen’s backup dancer.
Casper is making it clear to his lady love that he is here to stay (and will keep enjoying the perks that come with being her boy toy). Daddy Casper — shudder — was with Jennifer and her nearly four-year-old kids, Max and Emme, on Sunday and the four created quite the family picture: Lopez, her older son, and her toddler twins.
Jen, her kids and their bonus dad (shout-out, LeAnn) spent the day at the beach in Malibu, Calif. According to Us Weekly, Casper playfully lifted Emme in the air, while Lopez posed for the paparazzi, giving them a shot of her abs after she tied up her shirt and dipped her toes in the water.
A friend told Us that Smart gets along “great” with Jen and Marc’s kids. “Jennifer wouldn’t introduce him to them unless she know she could trust him.”
What caught my attention, however, wasn’t the image of Jen’s 42-year-old abs looking fierce, or Casper’s jeans’ rise being a little too low for frolicking with a couple of kids. The most significant story point for me was that the day before their loved-up beach outing, Jennifer and Casper filmed a Kohl’s commercial (directed by Black Swan’s Darren Aronofsky). Was Smart just dancing in the background? Was Marc around for this round of ads? Or is Casper’s — and Jen’s — mission to faze Anthony out completely actually succeeding?

NYU chair responds to prof’s claims that he was fired for giving Franco a D.
Oh, it’s on. Earlier this week, James Franco’s quest for academic excellence was put under the microscope after a former professor claimed he was fired for giving the actor a D in his class.
José Angel Santana’s lawsuit states that Franco only attended two of his 14 lectures, but now the chair of the graduate film program at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts is firing (no pun intended) back.
For James Franco, a “D” means “Don’t let the door hit you on your way out.”
Remember a time when James Franco wasn’t so insufferable? Years, right? He used to be fun, had that stoner role down pat, yet he still managed to sprinkle his resumé with some excellent work (Milk, 127 Hours).
But throughout his career, he was always this artsy-fartsy dude, with his poetry and his paintings and his academics and General Hospital his performance art. It’s like Franco has been directing, writing and starring in a production about his life as an artiste, and we are all just lucky to have the good fortune of witnessing it.
You know what else we get to witnesss? What happens to someone if he doesn’t play by Franco’s rules. According to The NY Post, a professor at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts is claiming he was fired after giving Franco a bad grade.

Before we dive into this mess it must be stated that anyone who rents their expensive home to Courtney Love gets exactly what they deserve.
But that hasn’t stopped Donna Lyon, the owner of the historic West Village townhouse where Courtney has been marinating in her particular brand of crazy for the past 10 months, from crying foul to the courts.
